How will I know when my results are back?

It typically takes 4-6 weeks for functional lab results to return depending on your panel.  Because these are independent lab companies they each have their own portal for our office to download your results.  Although we are able to upload them to your patient portal unfortunately we are not able to share documents easily via your patient portal.  As such most lab results for this type of testing is shared during the follow-up appointment.

Typically once your results have returned our office will auto-schedule an appointment for you to review the results.  If it has been more than 1 month since you mailed off your testing kit and you have not heard from our office please submit a help ticket here if you have not already.
