Genetic SNP Report Samples
If you have attended a genetic testing group session then you may be interested to know what a sample report looks like for this type of testing. Please click each link below for sample reports that you can review:

If you are interested in moving forward with testing please submit a request via the support desk with the company you want to go with if you need testing with 3X4 Genetics or Diagnostic Solutions. If you choose the reporting through Pure Genomics you DO NOT need to contact us until after you already have your results back from Ancestry or 23 and me. You would reach out to those companies directly to order your testing--we do not advise on which panel or testing option to choose with either Ancestry or 23 and me as that choice is left up to the patient (it does not affect our ability to run a SNP report with Pure Genomics based on which panel you select).
