Make A Payment

To make a payment:

1. Go to crossroadsobgyn.com.  Once you get to the site click on the navigation menu.  If you are on a desktop your screen should look like this

and if you are on a mobile device it should look like this

Open the navigation menu by clicking on the 3 lines in the upper right corner and then click on help

Then scroll down and click on make a payment to be transferred to the secure payment form where you can make your payment online. 

** Please note in the box labeled invoice number we recommend that you put the date of service that you are paying for or on if you do not have an invoice number.  The invoice number is a required field and the payment form cannot be submitted without an entry in this box.**
