Can I pay my copay after my visit?

We are not able to accept any insured patient that refuses to pay their copay at the time of service--in those cases we offer to reschedule the patient until they are able to remit their copay. To accept an insured patient without their copay at the time of service would be a violation of insurance contract regulations and rules and would impact our ability to see all patients. We post these requirements both in writing and these requirements are visible in our waiting room. We are unable to provide care to any person who is not willing to abide by the requirement to sign all consents and to make their payment at the time of service as a general policy.
