Video Tutorials- Where Do I Find My Orders On My Portal?

These video tutorials were records prior to the interface upgrade so the look of the portal may be a bit different than these videos however the steps should be the same.  Please note that the billing information  in the video is not applicable since we do not accept payments in the portal but instead we take those payments here on our website or you may pay by phone. Please note that if a significant amount of time has passed since your orders were issued they may have expired.  If you orders are expired when you login to your patient portal you will see the order grayed out and listed under completed orders (as it would no longer be deemed open) and you will NOT be able to print the order.  If you have let your order expire and you need a new order an office visit is required to renew or regenerate any expired orders.  Please note that our office does not "refax" orders to facilities.  We advise all patients to bring and print their imaging orders with them to their visit as our office is NOT able to fax orders to facilities at the last minute or if you have already arrived to the facility without your order in hand.
