How long does it take to get lab results back?

Lab results typically take 7-10 business days to return.  In the case where hormonal labs were drawn it can take up to a full 14 business days as sometimes these labs have to sent out to California from the lab for the result.  As long as it has been <14 days it is still within the normal time frame for labs to return.  If it is outside of the 14 business day window then we recommend submitting a help desk ticket so that we can reach out to lab directly to find out the status of results.
