Received email confirmation of appointment but do not see appointment in patient portal
Our office uses a central scheduling system that is separate from the patient portal system. This enables any prospective patient to schedule an appointment online without the need of creating a patient portal.
If you schedule an appointment online with our office you may notice that you do not see the appointment immediately reflecting in your patient portal. This is because our office manually updates each individual patient portal one to two days prior to the appointment date. If you have received an email confirmation from our central scheduling system then you can rest assured that we do indeed have your appointment scheduled in our system even if you do not yet see it reflected in your patient portal.
