Cannot Access My Athena Health Patient Portal
This support article is to help with common issues with logging into the Athena Health Patient Portal. This article does not address any login or support issues with Practice Better or the Better app.

Troubleshooting Trick #1
Sometimes because of cookies storage you can try to login to your Athena Patient Portal and you are using the correct username and password information but it either will not allow you access or will not allow you to set up your patient portal because of a cookie error.
To ensure this is not the issue preventing you from logging into your patient portal please go to your computer's settings and clear your cache for the past 24 hours and try to login again. If that still does not allow you in then we recommend going to an incognito or private browsing tab, then going to crossroadsobgyn.com and following the menu options to your athena patient portal attempt to login again. A lot of the time this 2nd step will allow access to the portal.
Troubleshooting Trick #2
If you are trying to sign up for your patient portal please keep in mind that the demographic information must match exactly to what is in our system. Please double check and make sure that you are using the same email address, name spelling and date of birth that you provided when initially booking your first appointment. If you know that some of this information has been updated then you will want to login using that new information.
Troubleshooting Trick #3
If you are trying to login to your patient portal on your mobile phone please try logging in instead on a computer so that avoid going to the defaulted mobile version of your patient portal. Sometimes this trick will allow you to get into your patient portal.
