Most insurance companies does not cover service such as compounded medication or functional specialty labs. Please review the comparison chart above to see which functional and integrative services can be provided with insurance and which services are not.

Please note that due to Dr. Kourtney's specialized training the waitlist for insured patients at times can be 2-6 months. If you are an insured patient need to see Dr. Kourtney sooner then insured patients also have the option to waive their insurance and see Dr. Kourtney at her self pay practice, The Holistic Collaborative. Patients who first establish care as a self pay patient with Dr. Kourtney under The Holistic Collaborative are not eligible to become patients of her insured practice at Crossroads ObGyn and Wellness. Patients who elect to see Dr. Kourtney as a self pay patient are still able to access their insurance benefits for labs, orders, and medications per the limitations of their benefit plan.
