How to Find Your Care Summaries in the athenahealth Patient Portal

Your Care Summary is the most complete record of what was discussed, ordered, or reviewed during your visit. This includes labs, imaging, and next steps.

How to access your Care Summary:

1. Log in to the athenahealth Patient Portal
2. From your dashboard, go to My Health
3. Select Visit Summaries (this may also appear as “Appointments” depending on your view)
4. Click on the specific visit you want to review
5. Open or download your Care Summary

Important note about lab results and Health Reminders

Not all labs will appear in the Health Reminders section of the portal. If you are looking for a specific lab and do not see it listed there, please refer to your Care Summary.

Your Care Summary will include the full name of each lab ordered or reviewed, even if it does not show up under Health Reminders.
