How to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment
We understand that sometimes your schedule can change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may use the following instructions to cancel or reschedule your appointment directly in our scheduling system. You do not need to go through our office staff to cancel or reschedule your appointment as long as your appointment is not within the next 72 hours. If it is within 72 hours of your appointment you will need to send us a help ticket via the support desk to request a cancellation or rescheduling and you may face a cancellation/rescheduling fee.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment:
- Locate your original confirmation email. This email would have been sent on the day that your appointment was booked.
- Open the email and scroll to the bottom. If you have an appointment type that is able to be cancelled and rescheduled online you will see a blue button at the bottom of the email that will allow you to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment.
If you do not see this button the you have been booked for an appointment type that cannot be rescheduled online and you must call our office to reschedule.
