Question About My Balance
We understand that you may have a question about a balance on your account or a statement that you may have received. We are always more than happy to research your billing questions however typically these questions do take some time to research. On average it can take our office anywhere from 7 to 14 business days to research a billing related question in regards to a balance on your account.
If you have a question about a balance on your account or a statement that you have received we recommend that you submit your question directly via our support desk so that it could be transferred directly to the billing department. Please allow 7 business days to pass before contacting the office again in regards to the same billing question to allow our team proper time to research your concern. Once our team has researched your question we will send you a response directly to you. If more than seven business days have elapsed since you first submitted your billing question and you have not heard from our office we recommend that you follow up with us either via the support desk or directly by calling the office by phone so that your billing question can be escalated.
If you have a question about why your bill is so high in terms of the amount of patient responsibility that was assigned by your insurance company unfortunately we aren't able to answer those questions. That question is best posed to your insurance company as they are the ones who determine your benefits, what is covered and what is not covered--ultimately they decide how much it is that you have to pay as a patient.
