Question about payment estimate

Typically our office does send out a payment estimate for your visit charges that includes the amount of your copay, co insurance, and deductible amount that will apply for your visit. Please note that this is NOT a guarantee of charges as these may changes once your service is performed and once your insurance company processes your claim.

If you have an additional balance that is due above and beyond your payment estimate after your visit our office will send you a statement.
