Need proof of payment
Our merchant processor automatically sends an email with your payment receipt at the time that your payment is processed with our office.
If you need a duplicate receipt then you would need to place a record request and pay the applicable fee. You may place that request here. If you do not want to be assessed the fee we recommend that you go through your inbox to access the original receipt that was provided.
We are able to research the time, date and email where the original receipt was sent so if you need that information you can leave that request with our digital assistant and we can forward that information to your patient portal.
