Can't find my appointment on my portal
Because our office offers both telemedicine and in person visits as well as group visits we utilize a central scheduling department. This means that it is possible to have an appointment scheduled with our office and not see the appointment in your portal as typically appointments are manually added to each portal 3-5 days in advance (sometimes less depending on case load). This means that just because you don't see your appointment in your portal (or on your Better app for a group visit) that you are not scheduled in our system for an upcoming appointment.
The best way to confirm that you have an appointment it from the confirmation email that is send from the central scheduling system at the time of booking. If you cannot find your confirmation email we recommend searching the following subject headers:
1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR VISIT @ CROSSROADS OBGYN
2. New Virtual Visit Appointment
This search should allow you to locate the appointment confirmation even if it has been forwarded to your spam or junk inbox. You may also want to search the term "Crossroads ObGyn" as well.
If you do a search of your inbox AND you do not see a copy of your confirmation email please submit a support request to resend your appointment confirmation email here. If you have already submitted a ticket for this please allow up to 48 business hours to process your request or you may call our office to make this request at 832-415-0376.
