I need the passcode to the waiting room for my virtual visit

The passcode for your virtual visit is sent with the link and instructions for your virtual appointment on the day of your appointment approximately 2 hours before your appointment.  

The passcode is only sent on this email 2 hours prior to your appointment and not prior to that.

If it is currently less than 2 hours prior to your appointment and you do not see your reminder email with the passcode to the virtual waiting room please make sure to check your spam or junk inbox as sometimes these communications can be routed there.  The subject line of the email should be DO NOT DELETE.

If you have checked your junk email and spam folders as well as your inbox and you still do not see the reminder email AND it is less than two hours prior to your appointment you may submit a help request here for additional assistance. 

If it is more than two hours before your appointment we recommend not submitting a help request and waiting until that time to allow our system time to send you the passcode link which does not go out until two hours prior to your virtual appointment.
