Do you need an in person or live office visit?
If you are a new patient to our office you must first request to initiate care through a virtual visit consultation with the doctor before you are eligible to schedule an in office consultation. There are NO exceptions to this office policy.
Even in the case of a preventative exam or annual exam appointment request all new patients are first screened via consultation virtually with the doctor to ensure alignment of care philosophy and that our office and practice is the right fit for you based on your medical history. During this initial consultation the doctor will review your health history, talk about your health journey, and discuss your care philosophy for your health . If during that initial consultation it is determined that you would like to proceed with initiating care with our office then you will be able to schedule an in office appointment. If for some reason during that appointment it is determined that another provider or office may be better suited for your needs we will provide a referral at that time.
Once you have completed your virtual consultation then you are able to schedule an in office appointment because then you would be considered to have established care. Established patients may schedule their in office appointment directly online via our website at crossroadsobgyn.com. Please note that secondary to our COVID-19 protocols established patients scheduling an in office appointment for a chief complaint that is determined by the physician that it may be established virtually then the appointment will be automatically converted to a virtual appointment.
