Cannot access my Practice Better portal or dashboard

The Practice Better portal is not the same thing as your patient portal in Athena Health.  Your Athena health portal is open the entirety of the time that you are a patient with the practice as it is a reflection of your medical chart.  The Practice Better portal is your lifestyle management portal and as such is only open while you remain actively engaged on the platform.

 

Your portal access may have been deactivated if:

  • You have not accessed your Practice Better portal in > 60 days
  • Your treatment plan does not include any lifestyle management recommendations
  • You are no longer active with the practice
  • You scheduled an appointment with the practice but you did not keep the appointment and were never seen

If you think that you do not fall under one of these categories and you need to request IT to review your Practice Better portal for why you cannot access the system then please submit a support ticket.
