Christmas and New Year's Holiday Hours 2021

We just wanted to let you know of our upcoming office closures for the holiday season of 2021.

Our office will be closed December 22nd through December 27th in observance of the Christmas Holiday. We will reopen at 9 am on December 28th, 2021 through December 29th. We will then be closed for the New Year's Holiday starting December 30th at noon through January 4th, 2022. We will reopen in the New Year on January 5th at 9:00 am.

Portal, support cases and voicemails will not be reviewed or answered during the time when our office is closed. We will also not be available to answer clinical or billing questions nor respond to prescription refill requests. If you have a medical urgency or emergency during this period we would encourage you to visit the nearest urgent care or emergency room.
