Check In Deadlines For Appointments

Completing your online check in is the only way to confirm your appointment slot.  If your appointment is not checked in then is it NOT confirmed and may be cancelled, rescheduled, or offered to another patient.  Online check in deadlines vary by appointment type.  Please see below.

For VIP Reserved appointments:

These appointment types are reserved for established patients and are pre-reserved slots scheduled over 2 weeks in advance.    If you have a VIP reserve appointment then your check in deadline is 14 days (2 weeks) before your appointment

For VIP #2 Reserved appointments (including groups scheduled < 7 days before appointment):

These appointment types are reserved for established patients and are pre-reserved slots scheduled within 7 days of an appointment time/date.  These appointments types must be checked in within 24 hours of scheduling appointment.

For all other appointments (including groups scheduled more than 7 days in advance) EXCEPT those scheduled within 7 days of appointment

Your check in must be completed at least 7 days prior to your appointment

For appointments scheduled within 7 days of appointment:

Your check in must be received by midnight of the day you book your appointment.
